When I drove in the Sat. morning to look at the truck that I bought, Doug Leonard come right out and intruduced himself right away..He was courteous and pleasant.. While I was waiting for the truck to be certified and cleaned over the next couple of weeks, he kept me informed on how things were going. I also asked him to take the truck and have the box X lined , which he did and no questions asked. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and directed me to Jesse Fiztpatrick to finalize the deal on the day I went to pick it up as Doug had other comintments. He was pleasant too. Lisa did most of the paperwork and handeled it with ease. I returned with the truck a couple of weeks later with a couple of minor issues , and I was looked after right away. This was my first car purchase, and I have to say, all the worries I had about the whole process were pretty much useless. First off, out of the 4-5 info requests I sent online to different dealerships for the model I wanted to purchase, Queenston Chev was the only one that actually replied with all the details, including price breakdown, with all taxes, fees, licensing, and financing options available - while all others had a "come to our office and we'll tell you more" attitude. At the dealership, everything was also smooth. I wasn't greeted with hidden fees or taxes, the price I had to pay was exactly the one emailed to me. Mark was extremely friendly and helpful, despite the flood of beginner questions I sent his way. Before actually buying the car, they made sure it was actually as ready to go as possible. They replaced the worn out tires, fixed a small invisible dent, went through the whole process of making sure everything is topped up and as good as new. They even offered to tint the windows free of charge. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the purchase . Some years down the road, when I will decide to buy a new car, I already know exactly where I will go. More
