I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude towards the great staff you have at your Dealership. I also work in the Customer Service Industry (Service Advisor) at Stoney Creek Mack and so my expectati the great staff you have at your Dealership. I recently began working in the area about a year and a half ago and have been bringing my vehicles into your service department. I'm so very impressed with both Teressa, Helen & your shuttle staff , as they are alway understanding, reliable & very fair with all my service experiences. Dealing with them is always a great pleasure. Please be sure to keep them on board, because they are a great asset to your company. Also, I have recently purchased a used vehicle from your dealership. This has been the most positive experience I've had purchasing any used vehicle. I love my new 2006 Impala SS. Steve & Shelley have gone well above my expectations and my husband & I look forward to dealing with them this fall when hopefully trading in our Silverado. We both enjoying driving General Motor vehicles, but it is dealing with both the exceptional Sales & Service staff at Queenston Chev-olds, that will keep us as a loyal customers. More

I bought this truck at Queenston Motors in 2001 and had it serviced there, most of the time, ever since. Obviously, I am happy with the service and so far have no big comlaints. Mr. Chodda, the service rep, listened to my needs and went over the repair record of my truck carefully. I accepted his recommendations and, at the end of the day, the truck was good to go and I left a "Happy Camper".(Literally, since we will be camping in the North West Territories this summer and needed to have this vehicle in top shape.) I brought my car in to change winter tires to summer and store winter tires. I found Helen to be helpful and knowledgable about which tires to buy.
