I have worked in customer service for many years and have quite high standards for the service I receive when shopping. Doug was friendly, answered any questions we had and if he didn't know the answer he left for a minute and came back with the appropriate answers. He was not an aggresive sales associate which was greatly appreciated. Doug completed our sale with great ease by reassuring us that if we had any other questions that he would be more than happy to answer them.
