We just purchased a Terrain Denali. Its only been a few days but so far I love my new ride, however i can say our the salesman we dealt with was the worst we've dealt with. AJ(Arjun) flat out misinformed days but so far I love my new ride, however i can say our the salesman we dealt with was the worst we've dealt with. AJ(Arjun) flat out misinformed us about a feature that was on the car and then tried to say it was only on the floor model he showed us even though the vehicle we bought was identical. (it turned out the 2020 version didn't even come with this feature which it took a manager to tell me after I had bought and driven the car for a few days.) He tooted his own horn 4-5 times atleast about how good of a car expert and top salesman etc he was as well as tried to toot my husbands horn until I told him to stop. He didn't seem to interested in trying to get me a better offer and it wasn't until I talked to management that I felt like a valued customer I will say the management and was fantastic and really went the extra mile to get me into this car. As well as a kudos to Ravee in financing, very helpful. Yes I know i should have switched saleman at the beginning but I had bought a car from Preston before and our car buying experience had been great, i was hoping it would get better unfortunately with him it didn't. I would recommend buying a car from Preston, just pick your saleman wisely. More

Oil change price was good but the price to change cabin filter is ridiculous. Take their word signs of rats? We are trying to cut people a bit of slack at this difficult time, but I have to say that was my worst service experience ever. Not only did nobody welcome us when we arrived, but we were ignored and difficult time, but I have to say that was my worst service experience ever. Not only did nobody welcome us when we arrived, but we were ignored and actually had to make quite an effort to figure out what to do and who to talk with. It seemed like an inconvenience that we were there. The fella who checked us in was friendly enough when he got around to us. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, again, had to ask to figure out where to go. I was given a tag and told my car would be brought over when it was sanitized. I waited where I was told for about 10 minutes and when I saw my car, went out to claim it. I was then told that he just needed to see the tag and my car still needed to be sanitized 🙄. I found him to be quite condescending in our interaction. When my car was finally finished, I got in and had to hunt for the key fob. Overall not a Cadillac quality experience. More
I would never buy anything from Preston again or use the service department if it wasn’t for Chris Rose. He takes care of my service needs. If not for him I would find another dealership to try.
