I understand the constraints we are all working under due to the pandemic, but customer service should still be a priority. I requested that a registration plate bracket be ordered for my truck. This was don to the pandemic, but customer service should still be a priority. I requested that a registration plate bracket be ordered for my truck. This was done efficiently but I also requested a price on the part and a quote for the fitting of the bracket. I left 2 messages for someone in spares and a Service Advisor to call me but my call was not returned. After a third call I was given a price for the bracket but not a quote for the fitting. My frustration was further aggravated when I was given the invoice. The cost of the labour was more than the bracket. The bill came to $93.76. I have moved from the White Rock area and before I moved I asked Barnes Wheaton South Surrey for a price on the part and the fitting thereof. I was quoted around $33.00 for the part and with labour it was around $45.00. I was was led to believe it was a quick and simple procedure. Shortly after that I moved from White Rock to Fleetwood Park and hence me approaching Preston to do the job. So to say the least I am a very unhappy customer. More

We tested many vehicles and Andrew was very patient with us not to mention extremely knowledgeable when it came to finding the right fit for our family. I appreciated the call and was satisfied that my concerns were heard and coaching would take place. I will revisit the dealership on my next oil change (warranty) and hopefully the service will return to the level it was previously. More
