We are trying to cut people a bit of slack at this difficult time, but I have to say that was my worst service experience ever. Not only did nobody welcome us when we arrived, but we were ignored and difficult time, but I have to say that was my worst service experience ever. Not only did nobody welcome us when we arrived, but we were ignored and actually had to make quite an effort to figure out what to do and who to talk with. It seemed like an inconvenience that we were there. The fella who checked us in was friendly enough when he got around to us. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, again, had to ask to figure out where to go. I was given a tag and told my car would be brought over when it was sanitized. I waited where I was told for about 10 minutes and when I saw my car, went out to claim it. I was then told that he just needed to see the tag and my car still needed to be sanitized 🙄. I found him to be quite condescending in our interaction. When my car was finally finished, I got in and had to hunt for the key fob. Overall not a Cadillac quality experience. More
I would never buy anything from Preston again or use the service department if it wasn’t for Chris Rose. He takes care of my service needs. If not for him I would find another dealership to try. I recently moved to the area so this was my first time at Preston. My experience was great with this dealership. Jamal in Service Dept was pleasant from my first phone call there. The ladies at Customer Service counter, also contributed to my feeling welcomed and cared for. These are all important for a single woman who is completely dependent on professionals to service and care for her vehicle. Trust is huge and they allowed me that gift of complete trust, all while feeling like I was a VIP! Thank you all at Preston. I am grateful! More
