I wanted to buy a Buick and my Salesperson, Arjun (AJ) Mehta is a recognized top BC Salesperson with many awards for his sales and service over several years. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and service during the decision making process and the sale itself. He has also helped with questions and some minor service issues shortly after the sale. The dealership has great support workers in to help with the financial aspects of the sale as well as explaining basic and extended warranties. Heather Thompson was the Financial Services Manager I dealt with. She was knowledgeable and efficient. An ICBC rep was on site and dealt with all the paperwork for my new car as well as that of my trade-in. More

I purchased my Chev' Impala new from Preston and had it serviced regularly by them. The car had just over 35,000 miles on it, had never been in an accident, and had been kept in an indoor garage. On the most recent visit I was charged $2,282.59 for a regular service visit, with the claim that I had authorized it. All charges were for supposedly routine service except $278.19 for a new flip key remote (fob). The fob's key part stuck on the first day and broke apart in less than a month. Preston refused to replace it. I went to another GM dealer and purchased a new fob, and was charged only $127.89 - over 50% less than Preston. I won't be back. More
