Had taken my truck in for an oil change the week before, was told that a recall part was on order. I told the service rep that I might consider getting either a transmission or brake service at the same tim was told that a recall part was on order. I told the service rep that I might consider getting either a transmission or brake service at the same time they install the recall part at a later visit. Got a call a couple of days later that the recall part was in and I brought my truck in to have it installed. When I came to pick it up, found that they also did a brake service without confirming if I wanted to do it this visit. Also, the invoice included complimentary vacuum and wash they said was done, which it had not been on either visit. More
