Airbag module recall. Waited 8 months for the part. 1st repair the dash codes were still on because the sensor was not reconnected fully. 2nd repair dash code was fine wit Waited 8 months for the part. 1st repair the dash codes were still on because the sensor was not reconnected fully. 2nd repair dash code was fine with the connector seated but now the whole dash is skewed and popping up in places where they took it off for the repair. Seems like the technicians don't care and no one checks their work before giving vehicle back to customer. While waiting, I heard a staff reporting another vehicle to the service Mgr for dash codes still active when they went to bring it out to return to the customer. Taking it back next week to have the dash sorted out maybe third time will be a charm... need to better train their technicians and supervise them properly. Will not be using this shop for future repairs. S. Holcik More
Tuesday May. 23.22, I had taken my 2020 Cadillac CT5 in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Graham Myers who took in my car was amazing. I told 23.22, I had taken my 2020 Cadillac CT5 in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Graham Myers who took in my car was amazing. I told him I would wait for the work to be done. He popped in 3 times to let me know what was happening because it was taking a little longer than expected and once done he came right over to me and said it was ready. Graham also remembered me from when he was the Service Advisor at Eagle Ridge GM in Coquitlam from when I purchased my 2017 Chevy Mailbu and brought in for service. Quality guy.
