He always goes above and beyond, is attentive upon arrival, friendly and engaging. Any time I pull into the service area and Graham is not there most of the other attendants don’t even acknowledge my arrival until I get out of my car and seek their attention. They may be busy on the phone or computer but they should at least say something like “I’ll be right with you” rather than not even looking in the direction of a car arriving. As one who has worked in the service industry, acknowledging the customer’s arrival is of utmost importance! More

On top of the regular maintenance performed, I had a warranty issue and another not covered. My service advisor handled all paperwork and communication and kept in touch with me throughout. After my last service appointment the same problem persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply made another appointment. The original problem was fixed. However I was asked if I would like an alignment to which I said yes. They kept my vehicle overnight and called at the end of the next business day to say no alignment had been done and I could pick up my vehicle the following day since they were closing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I reviewed the invoice and noticed it stated that the side view mirror had a crack when it came in. When I said I didn’t see a crack I was told they have cameras with which they can review and get back to me. 3 days later I still have not heard back, which I can only guess means the crack was not there when I dropped it off. Overall, very disappointing experience and I don’t think I will be returning to Preston. More
