Very unsatisfied with service this is my third new Cadillac I’ve owned in the last 8 years. I normally get my car serviced at Dueck which has be exceptional but because I had thinks to get done in L Cadillac I’ve owned in the last 8 years. I normally get my car serviced at Dueck which has be exceptional but because I had thinks to get done in Langley I decided to go to Preston. I had a nail in my tire so I called Preston and they told me they could have my tire in by about 11:00 am so they booked me with an appointment to get the tire changed at 2:00 pm. They had other times available but this time worked best. I got there 10 minutes early and they took me right in. They had the new tire ready and told me it would be done in an hour. After 1 and a half hours I asked my service rep (Steve Bozek) the status of my car. He went and checked and told me it was almost done a few minutes more. I went back to the waiting room for another half hour and then again asked Steve the status of my car. He checked and said it’s almost done a few minutes more. I was now waiting in the service area. At 4:15 I asked if I could just get my car back as I had to go. I couldn’t get it back. He told me the service manager had agreed not to charge me for the installation. At about 4:30 Steve gave me the bill to pay and then I think he left for the day because after I paid the bill I could no longer locate him. At about 4:50 another service rep asked me if that was my gorgeous Cadillac in the service bay. I said yes can I please get it back. He went and got it and I left at 5:00. This caused me to miss an appointment and a great deal of stress. I don’t understand how a 15 minute job can take 3 hours and why they would take the wheel off and just leave it off not finishing a simple job. More
Very clean dealership with polite customer service personnel. Service was timely and I was called as soon as my vehicle was ready. Very happy with everything, they just need to figure out how to bring personnel. Service was timely and I was called as soon as my vehicle was ready. Kevin the service tech was great. The ride home and pickup was great. Didn’t care for my left front CV boot not being covered under warranty since I had truck lifted. $360 for a who The ride home and pickup was great. Didn’t care for my left front CV boot not being covered under warranty since I had truck lifted. $360 for a whole new axle as boot alone can’t be replaced. Kind of stupid. All totaled with labor was $950! Ouch! More
