I arrived at the dealership without an appointment an hour before they were scheduled to close with a busted steering pump. They took the time to fit me in and called me the next morning with the estimat hour before they were scheduled to close with a busted steering pump. They took the time to fit me in and called me the next morning with the estimate for the repair and a promise my vehicle would be ready later that day. By 4pm that same day they called to say my vehicle was ready and offered to send a shuttle to pick me up Vehicle has been running fine ever since. I’m very pleased that these guys took me in without an appointment and were able to fix the problem so quickly. I’ll be coming back again when it’s time to get my vehicle serviced again. More

I always feel valued, informed, recognized, heard and appreciated. When things don’t go as planned I always understand the reason and I’m not left to guess. If issues come up at the cost of time and or money that have nothing to do with me or my vehicle it is always made right without me needing to complain or ask. Due to how Jamal handles things I never consider requesting compensation for my time which would be more then he offers only because I had to complain to receive it. No dealership or car owner is perfect but I feel when mistakes or miss understandings are made on either side things are worked out simply with a conversation and a shake building a stronger relationship with myself, Jamel and intern the Preston brand I manage people in my line of work everyday and I counted imagine what direction I’d give him for self improvement A 100% satisfied customer More
