I initially talked to and booked my service appointment with Graham Myers. He was extremely helpful helping me with the recall issue on my pickup truck. On the day of my appointment Mitchell Clark was my a with Graham Myers. He was extremely helpful helping me with the recall issue on my pickup truck. On the day of my appointment Mitchell Clark was my advisor. He was extremely helpful with getting me checked in as I was telling him the reason for my visit. When picking up my truck he also checked in with me to make sure everything was good. I really appreciated the high level of customer service and support that I received from both of the advisors that I dealt with at the dealership. More
Weeks and weeks of waiting for an appt. Called and said I would have to wait near month for appt. Went somewhere else. Booked another appt online and then they called to cancel that, said I Called and said I would have to wait near month for appt. Went somewhere else. Booked another appt online and then they called to cancel that, said I would need to book another appt in another 4 weeks for the simple service I needed. Called Canadian tire and they booked me in in 2 days, and had parts for car. Don't understand how GM service dept says wait 3 - 4 weeks for an appt for a stalled vehicle. More
