After my last service appointment the same problem persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply made another appointment. The original problem was fixed. However I was asked if I would like an alignment to which I said yes. They kept my vehicle overnight and called at the end of the next business day to say no alignment had been done and I could pick up my vehicle the following day since they were closing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I reviewed the invoice and noticed it stated that the side view mirror had a crack when it came in. When I said I didn’t see a crack I was told they have cameras with which they can review and get back to me. 3 days later I still have not heard back, which I can only guess means the crack was not there when I dropped it off. Overall, very disappointing experience and I don’t think I will be returning to Preston. More
