I had an appointment that was going to take 3 hours my first service on my truck. Two mechanics didn’t show for work so they had my truck for 8 hours I missed a hole day of work because of it. Also in those 8 hours they didn’t even wash my truck. Booking my appointment was terrible I keep getting calls to book an appointment that I already had. I got no phone calls letting no when it was done. I had to call at 5:00 to find out. I did get my truck back until after 6. This is my first GMC truck I’ve purchased and the maintenance package. The service department staff is generally very good. Megan and her team of service receptionists are friendly and for the most part on top of the task at hand. He always goes above and beyond, is attentive upon arrival, friendly and engaging. Any time I pull into the service area and Graham is not there most of the other attendants don’t even acknowledge my arrival until I get out of my car and seek their attention. They may be busy on the phone or computer but they should at least say something like “I’ll be right with you” rather than not even looking in the direction of a car arriving. As one who has worked in the service industry, acknowledging the customer’s arrival is of utmost importance! More
