Took truck in to get oil change and asked them to check on my engine wasn’t shutting down at stop lights. Also chance and see why door lock chime wasn’t always working when I pushed door lock button on pas on my engine wasn’t shutting down at stop lights. Also chance and see why door lock chime wasn’t always working when I pushed door lock button on passenger side. The had the truck for 4 days and tried to charge me for the door lock chime which still isn’t working. Also they fried my front traffic camera that plugs in to cigarette lighter. I’ve tried leaving two messages for service manager Matt but no call back. I won’t be back. More

When I pulled in this time the first service writer seemed more interested in his computer and B S ing with a salesman than deal with me. However the second fellow saved the day he was one desk down from Mr Ignore and he was superb!! Attentive courteous, and sincere in helping me. Third desk down I believe. No car wash but I understand short of staff. A wash would have been nice but a big deal to miss this time. The service writer did take the time to explain the car wash problem!! Also walking around the dealership I did not have any sales staff approach me I realize there were no new vehicles in the show room. But the last time I was there I was all over. Wash and vacuum my xxx! Not even close. even though it was complementary with my oil change the outside of the truck was washed the windshield was not my Tonic cover was not Not even close. even though it was complementary with my oil change the outside of the truck was washed the windshield was not my Tonic cover was not a nor was my roof? the vacuuming job was nonexistent when I asked the kid who brought me my truck I asked him does that look vacuumed he says I don’t know. When I took a look on the inside of my truck on the armrest was probably about a 3 to 4 inch spread of oil from whoever got in my truck and drove it. I guess that’s what you get for complementary? good thing I already didn’t have high standards for this place. More

Vehicle was brought in for service. No problems with the people in the shops applying their trade. It was all the people up front that you face at the counters. People say they will do particulair tasks to support the service but never do or get things all backwards. This happens not just once but several times. I think they have lost touch with real customer service. Slowing down and listening and actually doing what you say could go a long ways for return customers. I will most likey never go back for service @ $160.oo per/hour. I spent thousands of dollars at once for this service. There are some smaller shops around Langley that understand the customer service and are top notch. More
