I ordered a new Canyon Denali. At our purchasing meeting my brother and I made it adamantly clear that I had to have Michelin tires on it. When I went to pick it up it was being At our purchasing meeting my brother and I made it adamantly clear that I had to have Michelin tires on it. When I went to pick it up it was being cleaned so we went in to do the paperwork and when we finally got to go out to see it, there were no Michelin tires on it. After an hour or so speaking with the salesman and two managers, the end result was I could get them but I would have to pay for them because Preston’s couldn’t absorb the cost. This was after being told the customer is always right! 5 days later, after it sitting in a garage, my diagnostic report came back and everything was fine except the pressure in the tires was low! They needed to have air put in. When I phoned the service desk I was told I could get an appointment to look into the matter 22 days later! Apparently I could still drive it but I just had to make sure the tires didn’t go flat! Over 50 years of dealing with Preston’s their “service” has disappeared! More
