We recently purchased a car from your dealership with the help of Sean. Our experience with him was excellent — he guided us very well throughout the process. However, on the final day when we came to comple help of Sean. Our experience with him was excellent — he guided us very well throughout the process. However, on the final day when we came to complete the purchase, unfortunately, Sean was assisting another customer. During that time, no one attended to us for about 30 minutes, and we were simply handed the car keys without any proper welcome or attention. It felt quite unwelcoming, and it seemed as if the staff had even forgotten that we were there to take delivery of our vehicle. Apart from that, our GMC Terrain Denali is running great, and we are happy with the car itself. More
