I called for appointment, engine light on, said leave voice mail, did not get back to me, 2nd call 2 days later leave voice mail again, called day later , car brought in and returned within the hour, bac voice mail, did not get back to me, 2nd call 2 days later leave voice mail again, called day later , car brought in and returned within the hour, back order on part now waiting More

Took two days to get someone to schedule a recall, even then, it was by internet chat. Phones in service go to voicemail only. Escalade comes with loaners and was told,”we don’t have loaners”,. Finally got serviced and they forgot to replace the air filter.. Shortly afterwards, service manager sends out letter asking you to contact them, if you can’t score a ten on the survey. More
