Once you talked to a salesman no other salesman would help even if original salesman wasn’t working. Bought a Cadillac, salesman called in sick the day of pick up so we couldn’t get booklet and second s help even if original salesman wasn’t working. Went right in to talk to dealership and said they’d call to set up an appointment the next week when they have a loaner, week went by and no call, still waiting, not impressed! More
I’ve had an issue with the speaker in my vehicle for a while. Ive addressed it with the service centre at least 3 or 4 times. My screen warning came up “2 keys programmed” engine light also came on after about a week and car was sluggish to start. Decided to take it to dealership since I thought they could just hook it up to light also came on after about a week and car was sluggish to start. Decided to take it to dealership since I thought they could just hook it up to their diagnostic machine and see what this error meant. Dealership had car for 7 days told me I needed a new engine quoted $14,000, billed me $400, car returned and not repaired. I went home, googled the problem and error and fixed it myself…. All it needed was a new battery!!!!!!!! xxx… really?!!! I would like, at the very least, to have my $400 returned since they did nothing to diagnose or fix the problem!!! Is this how they make sales?!!!! There is no way I was going to spend $14000 on a new engine… maybe they thought I would buy a new vehicle! Maybe they should use google!!! More
