Firstly, the phone system is not user friendly… difficult to get a live person. In my opinion, a car dealership is only as good as its service department and I have never left a service appt feeling good abo to get a live person. One front desk tech was new and his English was a little hard to understand. The whole appointment was not necessary as I judged the LKA as not working to its fullest but according to the service tech it wa hard to understand.
