Shawn, You along with the rest of your team choose to overlook a key detail of my experience where your staff advised me that Nissan had the liability once my car was turned over. To me this was either a lie (a tactic to make me feel more comfortable turning over my car) or the sales associate accidentally provided incorrect information. In either case, i'm owed an apology and some sort of remedial action. I don't understand how this detail has continued to be ignored. As demonstrated during my previous interactions as well as this one, it's very clear to me that Nissan isn't going to take any accountability and is quick to blame others.

Our shuttle service was brought in for when people need to keep moving through their busy day. Also don't forget that for longer vehicle maintenance or repair, we do have loaner vehicles free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis.
