My Titan experience. Was looking at a couple different trucks to by and thought I would stop by Plaza Nissan. Met Brock and from start to finish I had a great experience. Was looking at a couple different trucks to by and thought I would stop by Plaza Nissan. Met Brock and from start to finish I had a great experience. He listened to my wants and wasn't pushy. All the staff seemed to be upfront and courteous. They were well informed about their products and made the purchase easy and painless. Will def return and recommend to my friends. More

All the employees made me feel welcome and made buying a car so simple and painless. I have been to many dealerships before and because of my age I was not taken seriously but not at Plaza Nissan. They were there to help me every step of the way and I even had a chance to speak with the General Manager, Kevin Johnstone who assured me all my concern would be met. I would recommend product advisor Brock Jensen to anyone looking for a stress free experience buying a car. He listened to what I needed and worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. More

We were pleasantly surprised to meet all the fully trained staff, right from our sales person to the General Manager. A lot of the staff had been there for many years which is an awesome testament to Plaza Nissan. We did learn a few tricks about our new vehicle and left feeling we made the right choice. LQQk forward to seeing all of you when I purchase the bug protector/shield for front of my car, tint the top of my front windshield for sunblock, outside of trunk clear protector (saving for all of that) and sooner than later to top up the windshield fluid. purchased a new "used" car I purchased a 2015 Sentra in January. Initially on my first visit, I worked with Brock Jensen. On my 2nd visit Giancarlo Ferko came for a test drive I purchased a 2015 Sentra in January. Initially on my first visit, I worked with Brock Jensen. On my 2nd visit Giancarlo Ferko came for a test drive with me. He seemed very anxious to make the sale. I felt pressure to make a quick decision. He did disclose to me that the car had a minor repair to back bumper. However no one mentioned to me that the car had previously been owned by a smoker. When I went to pick up the car, a third salesman was assigned to me after I sat and waited well passed my designated appointment time. Again no mention that the car had been driven by a smoker. Over the past month the smell of cigarette smoke is becoming stronger and stronger. When I first noticed the smell I sent an email to both Brock and Giancarlo - neither responded to my email. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. More
