worst service ever. racist and lying service advisor. Hello, I recently bought ford fusion energi and was in a minor accident just after 900km on the vehicle. I was referred to Brampton collision auto mall for repair by Planet ford. So today morning I picked up the repaired vehicle after 20 days and noticed a clicking/grinding noise while shifting gears from the knob(p->d,d->r,r->d or any other combination). There was another noise while turning the steering wheel but I wasn't sure about that one. So went back to collision center where they told me to go deal with planet ford as they did the work. The service advisor at planet ford (I am not sure what his name but I think it was Chris) checked the car and heard the noise. He went on phone to speak with collision center guys and asked a technician to look at the car with my friend in the meanwhile. Before even the technician returned, he told the collision center guys that there is nothing wrong with the car and my friend is creating an issue out of nothing. He himself acknowledged the noises and was talking behind my friend's back assuming that I may not even understand English. This is the most racist experience I have encountered. I am master's degree graduate from Canadian university with a 6 figure job. Has there been a Canadian person there with same issue, the response would never have been the same. He acknowledged the noise and went on to say that the car has been in an accident hence the noises. isn't it there job to fix the noises? The technician returned with my friend and clearly stated that " there is an unusual noise coming from steering and gears and definitely need to be looked at". He told us to go back to collision center and said the car has to come in from proper channels, worried about who is going to pay for it. So naturally we went back to collision center and the guys there called the service advisor at planet ford where he blatantly lied that the car is in perfect condition. After being harassed at both the places, the collision center manager took over and called planet ford again to get the car inspected on collision center's expense. But the amazing and kind ford service advisor said he doesn't want to deal with us and will not provide service if we go to drop the car. Hence, the car was dropped by collision center employee. is this the kind of customer service ford boosts about? The person didn't even have the basic human ethics let alone good customer service. This is the single most humiliating experience. I was anxious about buying a ford and all my fears have come true. I still don't understand why he denied to deal with me. There was no argument or any alteration with him. He answered our question and guided us the way about it. The fact that he was worried about money (considering he did a poor job in the first place, this should be of his least concern) and he had lied to our faces, he denied the service. Now that my 10 days old brand new car is sitting at Planet ford, I am worried that a person with such morals and ethics can resort to any means to prove his point. I am really worried and angry at the same that I had to deal with such a racist, lying and awful human who doesn't know a first thing about customer service. I hope someone will follow up soon and give me some peace of mind that at the end of all this hassle,my car will be in good shape. More

Despite telling the advisor exactly what the problem was , I was charged $450+ in various diagnostics. In the end they found that the issue was what I had told them. More

Sara took care of all of my concerns and issues without conflict and in a fast time frame. I was very pleased with her professionalism and pride she has for her job. She listened to all the features I was looking to have in my truck, gave great advise about my purchase and accommodated me accordingly. As I said before, I highly recommend her and will recommend friends and family to purchase with Sara as their sales representative in the future. More
Second car I bought here, bad experience both times! In both instances they never had the documentation or due diligence completed on the day of delivery. I could go in sign run through the vehicle and leave in maybe 1 1/2 hours. on both occasions I was at the dealership for over 4 hours! Salesman and Finance guy both disappear without saying what is going on or what to expect. coming back later with we forgot we need something else now. I drove all the way from Burlington as they had a better price. NOT WORTH IT! Purchased a new 2018 $75K F150 and the engine light cam on after 570 km. Contacted Planet Ford on 11/27/17 it's 11/29/17 still no response... I took it to a different dealer! More
zero customer service and high service fees!!! Planet Ford Brampton is only interested in their bottom line. I purchased a battery there about 2.5 years ago for my 2009 Escape. They charged me $112 for a system check and then $135 for a new battery. I basically paid $112 plus GST for them to tell me I needed a new $135 battery. Low and behold the battery fails 2.5 years later (now) and they want another $149 plus GST for a system check before they'll tell me if the battery is still under warranty or not; seems like quite the revenue generating racket. I've had my 2009 Escape serviced their in the past; their service levels are poor and their service fees are excessive. Go elsewhere for service; somewhere with integrity; better yet, don't buy Ford. More
Excellent customer service when purchasing a vehicle I live approx. 3 hours away from Brampton but saw a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I have never been treated so professionally at any dealer. Unprofessional and unreliable service 1 week ago i bought a f150, in making the deal,dealer agreed to replace old tires on the truck with bran new tires, on the day of pick up, the truck s 1 week ago i bought a f150, in making the deal,dealer agreed to replace old tires on the truck with bran new tires, on the day of pick up, the truck still had same old tires on it and the tires had cuts and holes on the sides of them, im not sure how they said that those tires are safe to drive but they did not seem to care about that, and the dealers was giving me the run around about replacing it as promised in the agreement, the finally agreeded to replace it a week from day of pick up..1 week passed noone contacted me yet .i phone back a few times and noone is returning or picking up my calls.im driving about with u safe tires. the sales rep and his boss have not yet contacted me. I had to tell them to call Ford warranty hotline to confirm my rotors were under warranty. They were trying to charge me $295 each side. And they didn't even end up replacing my rotors, they machined them. I still have the same problem. I've have been a Ford customer for 10 years never experienced such poor service. Terrible service centre!! More
Very delayed response by the staffs Their customer service is very poor. You can hardly talk with them once u purchase the vehicle. Once sold that's it they now will treat u as a burden.
