Warranty issue Was very dissatisfied with the service received on a warranty complaint. I felt the Service rep did not try and resolve my issue but provided Ford wit Was very dissatisfied with the service received on a warranty complaint. I felt the Service rep did not try and resolve my issue but provided Ford with an excuse to decline my request. I bought a 2012 Mustang in 2013 and in a maintenance appointment in June found out the car had modifications to the head light system. I was not aware of this when I purchased the vehicle. The complaint I had was that the Lens cover on the lights were pitting. The Service rep turned on the car and decided the problem was caused by the modifications to the headlight system, he claimed the head lights were hot. I ran the car for 20 minutes with the headlights system engaged and felt the lens. The lens were anything but hot. The Service Rep submitted a request to Ford by denied I believe based on the info from the Service Rep. Very disappointed in the service!!! More

When I came in with my wife and two kids (4 years and 11 months old) they offered me $3500 LESS!! for my vehicle claiming two front tires were worn, which I advised them over the phone!!
