Tell you what is wrong and charge $150 and fix nothing. Have to order parts, when they arrive, come back in. Have to rent a car to leave mine with them. More waiting for driver of rental service to pick you up. Wait there in line for a rental. On service I needed they quoted me $600 w/tax. Got another price from a very reliable source $380. Also they store our tires summer\winter. 3 times we have made appointments for change of tires and twice my tires were not on site. (2 hours wasted) and the first time they put on the WRONG tires. They will never!! Get our business again and neither will Ford.! More
Awesome I took my car to Planet Ford Brampton. Explained to the Service advisor Domenic my situation. He had a technician look at it and determined my issue. I took my car to Planet Ford Brampton. Unfortunately I went there after going to a couple of Garages.They took me home and picked me up. And treated my car with respect. No dirty footprints on my light beige interior. They covered the seat with plastic and put a sheet down on the floor. I even have weather tech floor mats. Great service and friendly staff.. More

Told me had cracked spring? think I would recognized. The common signs include the vehicle tilting to one side, uneven tire wear, bouncing while driving, and bottoming out. This is the second time this has happen here. Please stay away for this SERVICE CENTER.... More

Recently they had no availability for an evening oil change, and with a busy week ahead I decided to go to Mr. lube just this once so I could maintain a perfect track record. Within 20min I was showed a tar black cabin filter that was never identified in 4 years by planet ford, my transmission fluid was desperately low! My oil was not reading on a dipstick although I still had 500km until my scheduled appointment and my differentials all black! Apparently this may have been the case since the last 70,000km!! More

Once the Bill of Sale was signed and the deposit paid .. One of the most ridiculous bad service experiences I have encountered so far. Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge and Traded my old Vehicle. When I dealt with this sales guy Gabriel and when the Bill of Sale was signed they went into slow motion. They promised to find me the vehicle that I wanted and it should not take very long. How could I doubt this because this guy continuously called me "brother"! I had to send him 4 reminders ( !!! ) and several calls ( !!! ) for an update on the vehicle and it took almost 2 weeks to find the car. We are living in the 21st Century for crying out loud. Ah well, I did not want to cloud the experience of a new vehicle purchase with the lousy service of a single individual. Once the vehicle was located I got it then also relatively quickly but a gift certificate of $ 250 which was advertised when buying a new vehicle was graciously forgotten by the guy when I picked up the vehicle. So we agreed that he would mail the gift certificate to me. Again why should I doubt this when I was called "brother" and "my friend". Again several reminders and no feedback from this guy, who should seriously consider changing careers. So when contacting his manger, that did not go very far either. That guy Eric did not seem to care very much. No sign of apology or I will fix this. Yes he noticed that there was no gift card ordered and when it was available ( two weeks later ) he asked me if I want to pick it up. NO I ASKED TO HAVE IT MAILED. After all should not be so difficult to follow a simple request. And then it stopped again. No further communication and this guy went into silent mode as well...... I have this car for 20 days now and signed a lease for 4 year. Not a pleasant start and I hope when I bring the car to another dealership for service that they would be less unreliable. More

After picking up vehicle I wanted to slap my friend in the face! Here's my most honest summary of my first and last experience with Planet Ford. When I brought my vehicle, the writer was good the appointment woman was too. Unfortunately, they didn't fix my truck properly or in a reasonable time frame. Most of my warranty issues were not addressed at all, so I left with the problems I brought it there for. There is a known tsb on one of the issues with an updated part, but they just greased it instead of changing it. One part took weeks to get. I was so tired of the excuses that I went to the parts department to check on availability (at the same dealer) and was surprised to find that they has 2 in stock.. that put me over the edge, so I went to the service manager to bring it to his attention and was even more surprised that he got really mad at me instead of helping me.. He actually got into an argument with me in the service area where we were yelling at each other. As a customer, I never would have expected that reaction in a million years. I can only guess he didn't expect me to catch his guys lying to me and over reacted. Overall, I hear they are one of the better ford dealers. I cant understand why. The service manager was really unprofessional, they didn't fix most of my issues, one of the issues wasn't fixed properly, they took forever, I caught them lying to me (lost my trust) AND they gave my vehicle back with the tank almost empty!! I filled it right before I brought it in! I so wish went somewhere else. Planet Ford, you suck! service: FAIL tech: FAIL service manager: 27 years of FAIL. how is this guy a manager? Poor Disclosure I've never given a dealership a 1 star review. Ever. But these guys deserve it. I purchased a near-new 2014 F-150, lured by the great price they I've never given a dealership a 1 star review. Ever. But these guys deserve it. I purchased a near-new 2014 F-150, lured by the great price they advertised. Then it was downhill from there. If they didn't make much on the truck, they made plenty by screwing me on the trade in. THEN a couple months later, my 4x4 blew up. They fixed that on warranty, so I guess they get 1 star for that. THEN my truck had an electrical short that smoked out the cabin and nearly started a fire. It was then that I discovered that the vehicle had been a former rental, possibly flooded, and had serious damage to the radiator and other parts. NONE OF THAT was disclosed to me when they sold me the truck. When I called to complain they told me that because I only discovered it past the 90 days, OMVIC couldn't force them to take the truck back, and so the only thing they would do to help me was take the truck back at a huge discount and sell me a brand new truck at full price. Just awful. Don't fall for the smooth talk. Get everything in writing and don't forget the lube. Matt More

I felt the Service rep did not try and resolve my issue but provided Ford with an excuse to decline my request. I bought a 2012 Mustang in 2013 and in a maintenance appointment in June found out the car had modifications to the head light system. I was not aware of this when I purchased the vehicle. The complaint I had was that the Lens cover on the lights were pitting. The Service rep turned on the car and decided the problem was caused by the modifications to the headlight system, he claimed the head lights were hot. I ran the car for 20 minutes with the headlights system engaged and felt the lens. The lens were anything but hot. The Service Rep submitted a request to Ford by denied I believe based on the info from the Service Rep. Very disappointed in the service!!! More
