He helped me with free of charge rental car services by calling various rental car providers to find a suitable one for me. They came in 10 minutes with a very nice car. But finally I did not take it because I did not have insurance available for rental car. They were still happy when I cancelled the service. Then Frank helped order an Uber car free of charge again to drive me home. After 5 hours, my car was fixed. Frank ordered an Uber car again to drive me back. So fast and convenient and helpful. Hello, i was very pleased with Erik Riposo regarding the lease of my Platinum F150. I am very disappointed with Ford being a loyal customer for 12 years. My last leased (used) vehicle was also placed with lease of my Platinum F150. I am very disappointed with Ford being a loyal customer for 12 years. My last leased (used) vehicle was also placed with Eric. My term ended in April of 2022 for a 2018 Platinum F150., I decided to terminate lease end of February 2022 only because I was promised by Ford i would receive a new Platinum F150 by July of 2022. This did not happen. In August of 2022 i visited Eric only because Ford had become silent. I mentioned to him i was ready to lease a new GMC Denalli. He was very disappointed, we kept in touch regularly after July of 2022 with HOPE of receiving the new 2022. I should have bought the previous vehicle straight out, not knowing about lengthy wait time. At this visit, Eric mentioned i had a credit incentive of $5200 established because of the wait, this made me decide to wait it out with a delivery date set for January. On November 20, Eric called, he mentioned that Pine Tree had received the vehicle. I was in AWWW. Not knowing i would be disappointed. How can Ford expect one to agree with 6 options offered by Ford, then to be removed due to semiconductor shortages, being in business myself customer has to be notified. That's like buying a house with no shingles!!! This is a $100,000.00 vehicle, its supposed to show and have these high end features! I chose this vehicle because of that. I am disappointed Ford did NOT contact its customer (me) stating that these options were not available. Then a decision could be made if i was not prepared/happy to get these options. I did not even receive the incentive for waiting almost a year as well. I did accept the vehicle, how much longer could i wait. It would be another lengthy term to apply for another. Im hoping this letter goes directly to Ford and a response and or a incentive is achieved. If not i will definitely consider another auto manufacturer for my next purchase. I understand times are tough and changes need to be made, BUT that's the customers decision regarding changes knowing what they are getting for their hard earned monies. Truly Walter Nascimben More

I had wanted to place an order for a new Bronco and other dealerships refused my order but always had a bronco available dealerships turned me away. Pine Tree Ford Lincoln took my order happily AND stayed in contact with me over the entire course of the order. I know that if I were to reach out to my representative there even now, they would respond without hesitation. This was an excellent experience. Alok took excellent care of me and put up with my non stop questions with extreme patience while we waited for the delivery. More
