He kept me informed of the progress of prepration of detailing and licencing and provided an accurate pick up time. He took the time to familarize me with all of the new features of the car, even sending me a u-tube link on how to use the Ford Sync system. Very impressive service! They are unethical as a service dealership My wife had drove the car to the dealership for an oil change. She dropped it off and was given a ride to work. The dealership called within an hour o My wife had drove the car to the dealership for an oil change. She dropped it off and was given a ride to work. The dealership called within an hour of dropping off the vehicle and advised that the technician heard loud banging when he drove the car into the shop. She was confused since she had not heard any noises prior to dropping it off. The dealership advised that it was the sway bars (i believe that's what there called) on the front wheels making the noise and that it happens to cars around 4-5 years old. They wanted to charge us something like $300 dollars to replace them. We told them no and had one of my friends who is a mechanic take a look at it. (we would normally take it to him but he is really out of the way for things like oil changes). Anyway, he tells us that the bolt on the sway bar is loose and all he had to do is tighten it and voila, no more sounds. First of all if the bolt was loose before the dealership took it in why not just tighten the bolt??? However, the real story is how can a car make no sound when dropped off but all of a sudden make sound when being driven into the shop. A miracle you say....we'll according to the service manager that is exactly what she hinted at when I started asking some pretty pointed questions. None the less we will NEVER take our two Ford vehicles there again and you shouldn't either. More

Worst Dealership for car service! Pine Tree Ford has been the worst dealership I have ever used! They told me that they couldn't fix my transmission but there was a programming update Pine Tree Ford has been the worst dealership I have ever used! They told me that they couldn't fix my transmission but there was a programming update for the exact problem, which I found online and had to show them. In the end, they poured too much transmission fluid into my car and caused the transmission to over heat. I had to take it to another dealership to get it fixed and they refused to acknowledge the error. I would not allow anyone at this dealership to EVER touch my car again. Go anywhere else but Pin Tree.. they are absolute garbage!!!!! More

I bought a pre-owned car for this Dealership and since I had almost a perfect experience from start to finish. I will be very succinct: Pros: the out of the door price was quite good after some negotiations, the car was very well prepared and taken care of before delivery (all filters changed, oil changed, polished, mechanically sound), the Sales Person was friendly without being uptight and pretty knowledgeable, as a gesture of appreciation, the car was delivered with a full tank of gas Cons: (it's not quite a huge deal but I have to write something, isn't?) a very small detail was overseen (a blown fuse) Based on the above, I will totally recommend this Dealership if you're interested in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle More
