Misdiagnosed and high quotes I always feel apprehensive with car repair because I don't know a lot about cars, it is dealerships like this one that make me feel this way. I was driving to work in the rain when my wipers stopped working on the 400N. I managed to get to my office which is close to Pinetree dealership and they said they could look at my car and make space. So Nice! Wrong. I got quoted 838.00 to replace my motor assembly unit for my car. I did not have the repair done. I checked around and got another Ford dealership quote at 464.00, almost half of this dealership. I investigated my car and found the dealership misdiagnosed my car of a sized wiper motor that broke the linkage assembly. Upon taking off the plastic guard above my hood, I found that one linkage arm had fallen off. I have put it back on and the wipers now work. The part is worn and will need to be replaced but it was evident that the tech never investigated my complaint. If he had, he would of seen the loose linkage. I asked for a full refund on my car diagnosis, after multiple calls and emails - They gave me 50 bucks back as a commitment to excellent customer service. I will not go back. More

I picked my car up and when the passenger window was put down it didn't go back up because they didn't put the window back on the track when reassembling the door. Had to wait in the dealership for over 3 hours while they fixed that and then return for them to fix the back passenger window control the drivers side door handle and the rear driver side window alignment as well ... I purchased a Ford Escape for my wife about 6 mos. ago was so impressed at all levels from our salesman Alok, to the Manager Frank. Both extremely accommodating, not pushy but genuinely desiring to place us in the right vehicle. My wife just had her first experience with service re: an oil change and a computer update. Luke answered all questions and provided all information that I requested prior to delivery. He kept me informed of the progress of prepration of detailing and licencing and provided an accurate pick up time. He took the time to familarize me with all of the new features of the car, even sending me a u-tube link on how to use the Ford Sync system. Very impressive service! I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone especially the people that made my experience a very pleasant one! More
They are unethical as a service dealership My wife had drove the car to the dealership for an oil change. She dropped it off and was given a ride to work. The dealership called within an hour o My wife had drove the car to the dealership for an oil change. She dropped it off and was given a ride to work. The dealership called within an hour of dropping off the vehicle and advised that the technician heard loud banging when he drove the car into the shop. She was confused since she had not heard any noises prior to dropping it off. The dealership advised that it was the sway bars (i believe that's what there called) on the front wheels making the noise and that it happens to cars around 4-5 years old. They wanted to charge us something like $300 dollars to replace them. We told them no and had one of my friends who is a mechanic take a look at it. (we would normally take it to him but he is really out of the way for things like oil changes). Anyway, he tells us that the bolt on the sway bar is loose and all he had to do is tighten it and voila, no more sounds. First of all if the bolt was loose before the dealership took it in why not just tighten the bolt??? However, the real story is how can a car make no sound when dropped off but all of a sudden make sound when being driven into the shop. A miracle you say....we'll according to the service manager that is exactly what she hinted at when I started asking some pretty pointed questions. None the less we will NEVER take our two Ford vehicles there again and you shouldn't either. More
