Crooks, poor service Brought my 2014 Ford Explorer to check out some issues under my extended warranty. Of course the service advisor was unaware and needed to diagnose themselves to ensure they could charge me for diagnostics as this issue wasn't covered under the extended warranty (whole other issue in itself). In any case the other repairs were expected to be completed within the same day. Somehow this became a 4 day repair and to top it off, when picking up the vehicle the parts were not assembled back together. When asking how long it would now take to fix it properly the technician told me he was on his lunch break. Speaking with the "Service Manager" got me nowhere as she didn't seem to understand how all of these was in no way poor customer service nor did she understand that telling a customer who has waited 4 days to have to wait longer because of a lunch break. These folks are arrogant and don't understand a thing about honesty and customer service. More

Went in to tell the service advisor and the mechanic says "I'm on my lunch" ...seriously?!?!?! A simple thing which took him literally less than a minute to fix. Voiced my complaints to a female service "manager" and all she did was give attitude. Why did I leave my car with these people? I purchased from Yonge/steeles Ford where I got an amazing deal paying a lot less than pine tree quoted but came here strictly for convenience. NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT BUY HERE DONT SERVICE HERE. I would travel any distance than to walk into pine tree Ford. More

Yesterday I had a very pleasant experience with Frank in Service. Explained everything that was done to my sons vehicle. Very happy with Pine Tree Ford overall. YAY!!!!! More
Misdiagnosed and high quotes I always feel apprehensive with car repair because I don't know a lot about cars, it is dealerships like this one that make me feel this way. I was driving to work in the rain when my wipers stopped working on the 400N. I managed to get to my office which is close to Pinetree dealership and they said they could look at my car and make space. So Nice! Wrong. I got quoted 838.00 to replace my motor assembly unit for my car. I did not have the repair done. I checked around and got another Ford dealership quote at 464.00, almost half of this dealership. I investigated my car and found the dealership misdiagnosed my car of a sized wiper motor that broke the linkage assembly. Upon taking off the plastic guard above my hood, I found that one linkage arm had fallen off. I have put it back on and the wipers now work. The part is worn and will need to be replaced but it was evident that the tech never investigated my complaint. If he had, he would of seen the loose linkage. I asked for a full refund on my car diagnosis, after multiple calls and emails - They gave me 50 bucks back as a commitment to excellent customer service. I will not go back. More

Recal nightmare Took my car in for an oil change and was advised that there are two recalls that need to be performed one being the door latch replacement. I picked my car up and when the passenger window was put down it didn't go back up because they didn't put the window back on the track when reassembling the door. Had to wait in the dealership for over 3 hours while they fixed that and then return for them to fix the back passenger window control the drivers side door handle and the rear driver side window alignment as well ... More

I purchased a Ford Escape for my wife about 6 mos. ago was so impressed at all levels from our salesman Alok, to the Manager Frank. Both extremely accommodating, not pushy but genuinely desiring to place us in the right vehicle. My wife just had her first experience with service re: an oil change and a computer update. Everything went swiftly and effectively. I was so impressed with our overall experience I too purchased a Ford Explorer. A++++++ will happily recommend family and freinds Roberto Clausi More
