Awful Just awful! We were not told about the problems with the 2012 dodge journey (all wheel drive). The most staggering must be the fact that even after Just awful! The most staggering must be the fact that even after an inspection we took a trip to Toronto, I had my step father take off the wheels because it was making a grinding sound each time we stopped. We discovered that the brake pads were so scored! Crumbling even! that we could have been in an accident! I reported this to lapoint and was told it wasn't their fault! Now my main locknut is missing and of course when I called to ask if they had new ones.. I got a very silly answer. It was no, because the locknut was designed for that specific journey. I asked why there weren't any main locknuts for the journeys. Again silly answer "oh there would be too many" ??? Awful mechanics and Awful sales person! We should have been told that the dodge journey will go through brake pads every 4 months! More

If you are looking for a deal or even reasonable and honest service do NOT deal with Lapointe. They are absolute criminals.
