My husband have some issues with the 2 vehicles and Ali was able to resolve them with his manager. He has a good personality, and he tried to talk french to my husband. And he make sure that we have an another financial advisor when we went to pick the jeep. So we deal with Joe because Frank was sick. Ali knew that if we will have to deal with Simon again, we will cancel the purchase. We didn't have a good service with Simon for the first purchase 2016 Dodge Ram Big Horn.
