The process was dishonest. To be honest it was a real eye opener dealing with this dealership. We went in to see the Jeep that was on their website as a new vehicle priced at $19995 plus hst. It was in the showroom at $25,000 and I was told that it wasn't $19995 one. I had to prove to them with the vin# that it was the one on their website. I took it for a test drive and Ali was very personable and friendly.We decided to take the Jeep and we were given a price of $26,500. At this point we were leaving and then the price came down to $23,500. We took the deal. We were also continually told that this was not a new car deal. After going home and checking the website again under new car inventory we saw the Jeep with the $19995 price plus hst. I guess I feel that the dealership was never honest with us the whole time. Also on the website it has you get a free vacation with every new car purchase. Never offered to us at all. Finally a call from Ali today saying if I don't fill out this rating he won't get paid. I really don't like this way of doing business. More

My husband have some issues with the 2 vehicles and Ali was able to resolve them with his manager. He has a good personality, and he tried to talk french to my husband. And he make sure that we have an another financial advisor when we went to pick the jeep. So we deal with Joe because Frank was sick. Ali knew that if we will have to deal with Simon again, we will cancel the purchase. We didn't have a good service with Simon for the first purchase 2016 Dodge Ram Big Horn. I hope that the owner of Ottawa Dodge knows that Ali is a good asset to his garage. More
