We are pleased that you have not had any re-occurrences since the original issue was brought to our attention and the Subaru dealership confirmed that your vehicle is operating within manufacturer's specifications. If you really "...take pride in our customer service and have always put the interest of our customers ahead of our own when possible" You would deal with the "Breach of Disclosure" issue and get Subaru to replace the remote car starter as was communicated to you (and by OMVIC). What you are calling the "original issue" was resolved but not the "Breach of Disclosure" issue [potentially no warranties] Maybe you didn't read the "Review Text"?
