Dishan was one who sold me the car and he kept me updated on the whole process, From when the car left the dealership it was coming from until it reached them. They made sure I had everything I needed and offered me coffee. Dilshan even set up my phone to the bluetooth in the car before I left the lot. I LOVE my new Jeep! I would def come back here if I ever needed another car, but only if they let Dishan wear the chicken suite again! ( you had to be there) I know I got a great deal esp for a straight across trade! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! More

He was a pleasure to deal with and one of the best finance managers I have ever met with. My sales rep Nadine was super friendly and positive during this whole experience. She made sure everything went as planned and made the registration super easy. I highly recommend asking for her. I also had the pleasure to finalize everything with Joe Conte. He was super funny and quick with everything and gave me different alternatives to get my wrangler as well as educated me on how to improve my credit ranking and how credit ranking works. I was new with this whole process but he was patient and kind. I've visited every jeep dealership in Ottawa in the last 2 weeks and this was the dealership that showed willingness to help with not only price but with getting approved. Not only are they all so friendly .. they have a sales rep that will ask you if u want coffee every 30min and puts a smile on the face of everyone. Great dealership and staff. More

I had been emailing for quite some time with Dilshan and felt comfortable about his knowledge and abilities. Also Hats Off to Nadine for her excellent customer service and working with me as well. Both Dilshan and Nadine worked effortlessly to get me what I needed in the short time frame I had last Friday. I truly felt heard and supported by these fine sales people. Never did I feel any pressure. It was more like working with friends. Car buying can be very stressful, but my experience was fantastic! I returned today to drop my trade in and pick up my new Jeep.
