BEST car buying experience EVER! I had the BEST experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. As a young female whom went by herself to the dealership - I was nervous that I would be taken I had the BEST experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. As a young female whom went by herself to the dealership - I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of or not get a great deal on a vehicle. When I met Jenna, I instantly felt relief - she was polite, kind, and professional. She understood and respected that I had a budget that I wanted to stick within. After looking at one vehicle and not loving it - Jenna made a recommendation but first made sure that the vehicle would fit inside my budget. After the test drive - I knew I was in love. Mike and Jenna were able to work in winter tires for me which then had me sold on my new Jeep. My next request was that I could have the vehicle ready the next day as I was leaving on holiday - the entire team at Ottawa Dodge worked so hard and was able to get me my vehicle before I left for the holidays. I have a pick up truck that I need for working, so when it broke down I talk to Charles a great service adviser that listen to my dilemma and to my surprise he squeeze me in to repair my vehicle the next day. Tony the technician did an excellent job in repairing it, it is nice to know that a qualified tech that cares about the work that he does and does it well. A honorable mention goes to Warren the service manager for taking care of his customers to keep them satisfied and always coming back. I generally don’t darken the door of new car dealers because I rarely buy new, and don’t like the general sliminess of sales departments and the ridiculous shop rates of service departments. Ottawa Chrysler Dodge was a refreshing and different experience, although I haven’t yet used the service department. Negotiations were friendly, and everyone involved in the sale was attentive and helpful. On top of all that, I’m pleased with the deal we got. If you are looking for a vehicle from FCA, I doubt you can do better in Ottawa than Ottawa Chrysler Dodge. More
