Great Experience!! I recently purchased an 09 Impala from Ottawa Dodge and had the pleasure of dealing with Philippe Mercier and Angela Trunbull. Philip Hello, I would like to take this time to let you know that I had a great experience with buying my 2015 Dodge Challenger from Ottawa Dodge. Philippe Mercier was a great help in answering all the questions I had and was more than willing to show me all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. He took the time to bring in a car to display in the sheltered service area and to take all the snow off the car for me as well. In past experience buying cars and trucks, I was always pushed to sign right away, however, Phil understood that I needed the time to think it over and utimately, his understanding was the reason why I went back to Phil to buy the car, even though I work literally 2 minutes away from Capital Dodge. I also worked with Rob Nadeau to finalize the purchase and again, I can't say enough about Rob as well. He worked to get me a great deal without breaking my bank and had some good advice when it came to warranty information and coverage. All in all, I am very happy with the level of service I received. Thanks again guys for finding me that perfect Challenger! More

However, in this case, the experience was painless and even enjoyable. The sales person who greeted me as soon as I walked in was very friendly and courteous. I did not not feel any pressure at any time. I was asked what I was interested in and options were provided to me based on my needs. The sales person and all the rest of the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease.
