Great experience We went in to speak to Derek, who is a student. He wasn't there at the time and they pretty much took over his file and then refused to give him any c We went in to speak to Derek, who is a student. He wasn't there at the time and they pretty much took over his file and then refused to give him any compensation. It didn't seem right to us. However, everyone was extremely friendly. Great with our 3 children and very helpful! We are extremely happy with the van. It has been an amazing switch. Our children love it as well. We would definitely recommend it. More

Philip Hello, I would like to take this time to let you know that I had a great experience with buying my 2015 Dodge Challenger from Ottawa Dodge. Philippe Mercier was a great help in answering all the questions I had and was more than willing to show me all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. He took the time to bring in a car to display in the sheltered service area and to take all the snow off the car for me as well. In past experience buying cars and trucks, I was always pushed to sign right away, however, Phil understood that I needed the time to think it over and utimately, his understanding was the reason why I went back to Phil to buy the car, even though I work literally 2 minutes away from Capital Dodge. I also worked with Rob Nadeau to finalize the purchase and again, I can't say enough about Rob as well. He worked to get me a great deal without breaking my bank and had some good advice when it came to warranty information and coverage. All in all, I am very happy with the level of service I received. Thanks again guys for finding me that perfect Challenger! More
