Engine and warranty work Got some warranty engine work on a Chrysler 300. Apparently they needed to replace both cylinder heads and all rockers due to wearing and fatigue in t Got some warranty engine work on a Chrysler 300. Apparently they needed to replace both cylinder heads and all rockers due to wearing and fatigue in the Pentastar V6. Despite this not being a well known issue, Charles was able to find a Chrysler TSB and had the work done. The car came back clean and proper. After intense inspection of the engine bay, everything was very clean, no kinked wires or hoses. A1 work indeed. I returned a week later to resolve a passive entry button on the trunk of the vehicle. On the phone with service advisor Matt Bush he was very attentive to the issue and actually helped trouble shoot over the phone. He was able to listen to the trunk mechanism latching and unlatching repeatedly despite the key not being touched. It was very professional and I didn't have to have the "why cant you hear that?" conversation. I am new to Chrysler from a GM owner before. I very happy with my 300, and more impressed with the work and the help from the service advisors. I am very fortunate to get the excellent service that I used to receive from the Belisle Chevrolet dealer before it closed. I don't think that I could complete this review without giving the most praise to the mechanics and shop workers as the work is always done to perfection, quickly and properly. I was kinda/sorta in the market for an SUV and Deep brought me to a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was instantly sold, black, vehicle, black detailing, and black rims, moon roof and all bells and whistles. Angela in finance was a absolute gem and made the process flow smoothly. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Oh, Did I mention that they provided the nozzle ($9) without a service fee. A little nice goes a long way. More

They let me decide over the course of 3 weeks even kept the same terms and conditions we had agreed to and honored all of their commitments. They were more than attentive and polite and never pushy at all. They understood that it's a big decision and were fine with whatever way I proceeded.
