Excellent sales team My husband and I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for the better part of a year. We went to several new and used car dealers in the Ottawa r My husband and I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for the better part of a year. We went to several new and used car dealers in the Ottawa region and were considering many different types of vehicles (suvs, station wagons, hatchbacks) to accommodate our growing family. We had had several disappointing experiences at other dealers in terms of negotiating on price, we kept finding a 19k car became 27k with all the hidden fees+taxes etc. I found Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge online and we made an appointment with Blake (which we had to change several times due to having a one month old baby!) They were very accommodating and kept calling me to re-book which was great since I really didn't have much time to think let alone book test drive appointments! When we finally made it out the whole team was very friendly Blake was very knowledgeable and helpful we originally were looking at a used caravan but Blake and the sales manager gave us such a great deal on our trade and with factory incentives and rebates got us into a brand new 2015 dodge caravan! We are thrilled with the van and are very happy with the service we received from Blake and the wonderful sales manager who's name I can't remember (so sorry!) and Jamie (finance). All in all a great experience and we were in and out in about 2 hours! which was great considering we had to bring our baby with us haha (they even let me use one of their empty offices to nurse!) Great group of guys, can't say enough good things about this dealership! I defiantly will recommend them to anyone. More
