While this dealership was across town for me, I was determined to give them my business. The entire process was easy and painless, most of it being done via text and email. When the Jeep finally arrived at the dealership, Rob sent me some pics and waited patiently for my hectic schedule to allow me to head down. Once I arrived at the dealership on "delivery" day, I was greeted by sales person John Swormink and Rob who eagerly showed me my new Jeep. Rob had all the paperwork completed, requiring only a few signatures. Both John and Rob saw how difficult it was for me to trade in my beloved GT500, reassuring me that the Jeep is a great vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership, specifically Rob and John. Great people to deal with!! More

Despite the fact that I had no appointment for this problem they still took the time to take a look and finally fixed my problem. I really appreciate the fact that they will come once in a while into the waiting room to let me know about the process and how long it will take. Jut keep me inform of whats going with my car. Some garage are paternalist with women...not here! Oh and...they also washed my car....they are just fabulous, it's the best service of this area and I talk from experience! More
