On saturday morning, may 29th, i packed up our 2014 jeep cherokee trailhawk (purchased at your dealership in Jan 2014) for a weekend at the cottage wi On saturday morning, may 29th, i packed up our 2014 jeep cherokee trailhawk (purchased at your dealership in Jan 2014) for a weekend at the cottage with our daughter and 4 month old granddaughter. when i pressed the fob to close the rear hatch it closed but would not lock. i drove to the dealership and was explained by situation to Byron. Initially he told me it might be a few hours to get it serviced since it was a busy saturday. i explained that my daughter and young granddaughter were already on the road but that i would get my wife to pick me up and we would leave the jeep behind. we could not take my wife's car because the cottage road is too rough (it is a fiat 500c). Byron understood our situation and went into the back and convinced one of the off duty mechanics who was working on his own car to take a look at ours. while they could not fix it they were able to get it to latch shut and byron ordered a replacement. His compassion and initiative save our weekend and allowed us to enjoy it with our daughter and granddaughter. He is an excellent representative of your company, has the perfect personality for customer service and goes the extra mile to help clients fix their problems. thanks byron. More

She started writing my wants & needs,for a new Grand Caravan.Her professional manner was something that I had not seen in the other sales person.We discussed the color (RED) and the other options I needed,Bonnie also repeated the options so they were no miss understanding. Earning your business Jordan called me a week ago to ask if I was at all interested about trading in my current vehicle, also purchased through Ottawa dodge. He took the time to discuss all of the models and trims available, the trade in process details, and wasn't at all pushy in his pitch. I said i would take the time to review my options and would get back to them. I hit the internet and once i was sure i the make and model i was interested was available in the city, he not only had it shipped in, but also of negotiated it at a lower price than anything i was able to reach at other dealerships. A very pleasant experience Purchasing a vehicle can be a very frustrating experience but this time we had just the very opposite happen. We were approached upon arrival at the lot and although we had parked in the used vehicle lot Mike (our salesperson) assured us that he could help us in whatever vehicle we were looking to purchase. We were looking to purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with very specific options and after a very short time, Mike came up with the vehicle we wanted but with even more bells and whistles on it than we had planned on purchasing. Thinking that this would be a bit over our budget, we managed with a little bickering back and forth to come to an amicable agreement on the purchase price. We at no time felt any pressure from Mike, in fact, he always made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Upon picking up our vehicle and being a little nervous with all the new technology, Mike spent the time with us explaining and showing us how everything worked so that we left the lot totally relaxed. Mike was just a joy to have as our salesperson and we will highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this particular dealership. More
