The staff has been great to deal with, and have made every effort to resolve an intermittent radio issue I have experienced since taking delivery of my new truck. Despite not being able to demonstrate the issues I’ve encountered upon every visit they attempted software upgrades, arrange technical support with Chrysler Canada and have now replaced the radio. Despite being a nagging issue, the Service Reps Jessy and Byron have been very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Follow-up and genuine concern for resolving the problem has been fantastic. Despite living across town, I intend to continue having my RAM serviced at Ottawa Chrysler, because of the great experience. The early opening hours also allow me to cross town for service before traffic is an issue. More

But while inspecting the vehicle the front brakes had to be replaced + several other important mechanical parts such as pinion seals & servicing of the differentials. The recommendations & the work done by the team of mechanics were most important because I had no way of knowing what could have become a safety issue while driving. Furthermore, the valet service offered by Ottawa Dodge, the diligent calls from the Service Dept. & the very relaxing newly renovated customer waiting room entices clients to return. *Paying the bill is alleviated by the friendly staff & atmosphere. Although my Jeep was purchased at another Chrysler dealership in 2001, I have been servicing same at Ottawa Dodge for several years. Paul Laurin More
