Our New Jeep Cherokee It has been a little over a week since we picked up our new Jeep Cherokee limited and we are still discovering things about it. We love this vehicle and we are very impressed with the safety and technology features. When we went to the dealership we had a general idea of what we were looking for. Bonnie our sales agent was very understanding and patient as we took several different vehicles for a test drive as we narrowed down what we wanted. Funny story - one of the Cherokees that Bonnie wanted to show us was wedged in between two other vehicles. I was sure that she was going to have to move one of the other vehicles to get it out. This situation did not phase Bonnie; she opened up the hatch, took off her shoes and crawled through the Cherokee to the driver seat and pulled the Cherokee out. It is worth noting that this was the Cherokee that we eventually purchased. We would highly recommend Bonnie and Ottawa Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle More

When problems or lulls arose, Mr. Chin personally dealt with them in a timely manner and was efficient. He also had experience on plating vehicles which helped solve a minor obstacle. After I established a criteria on what I wanted, Mr. Chin was able to narrow down what I wanted and did not suggest vehicles outside my preferences, which was good, as opposed to others sales representatives at other dealerships who would attempt to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Mr. Menezes was very flexible financially and offered me a fair financial plan by which to purchase my vehicle, which I was more than happy to accept. He understood my concern, identified the problem, and came up and explained the solution. Overall, the staff (including sales, finance, and service) in whole was generous and patient. My only point for improvement for future customers would be to allocate additional time when purchasing a vehicle, in order to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances. More

Intermittent Radio I have been pleased with the service and attention I have received from Ottawa Chrysler. The staff has been great to deal with, and have made every effort to resolve an intermittent radio issue I have experienced since taking delivery of my new truck. Despite not being able to demonstrate the issues I’ve encountered upon every visit they attempted software upgrades, arrange technical support with Chrysler Canada and have now replaced the radio. Despite being a nagging issue, the Service Reps Jessy and Byron have been very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Follow-up and genuine concern for resolving the problem has been fantastic. Despite living across town, I intend to continue having my RAM serviced at Ottawa Chrysler, because of the great experience. The early opening hours also allow me to cross town for service before traffic is an issue. More
