Very unprofessional crew Very bad attitude and very unprofessional staff. Where do I even begin... -They made fun at my name , really. Is this 2015 or 1015? -They did not know where the keys are, to any car. I can understand when it happen occasionally, but all cars??? -They never got me a quote on a car because "it is not in my budget". Who are you to decide my budget? Are you guys for real? That was a very long experience there. just summarized it for the next person who consider going there. Please do not give them your business. If this is the way they attract customers, can't even imagine bringing a car for service. More

A nice "Journey" I came in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She was more than happy to take the time we needed to view different vehicles and discuss our requirements with us and went out of her way to ensure we got the features we wanted at a price that fit our budget. Decio, the Sales Manager, and Jamie, the Finance Manager, also worked with us to ensure we understood the terms of the purchase agreement, warranties, etc and to agree a great deal. A bad start with a happy ending My first contact with the dealership was through a chat session on the Ottawa Dodge website. The salesman managed to get me into the dealership, but because a series of misadventures, I decided not to buy a vehicle. A day later, I got a phone call from Lubna Anis. She convinced me to meet with her on Wednesday, June 17, insisting she could answer my concerns, and that she would do her best to make me happy. I found her to be congenial, knowledgeable and professional. She made the buying experience enjoyable - presenting me with with a vehicle that exactly matched my expectations. I bought a 2015 Grand Caravan. Jamie made sure that the paperwork ran smoothly, and managed to deliver my vehicle to me on the same day I made the purchase. A happy ending. More
