I have been interested in a Stinger inter ever since they came out in 2018. So late last March (2021) I stopped by Kia Orleans to see if there was on the lot rat I could look at in the metal. While I was wandering around the lot I ran into the Sales Manager and we struck up a conversation. Even though the dealership was closed, he invited me in to look at the one in the showroom. That was great and my relationship with the dealer just got better from there. A little laterI wound up taking one for a test drive and then ordered one on the spot; a 2022 Singer Elite with suede. The sales process was both very professional and friendly. Everyone I dealt with made sure I was happy with the deal. All my questions and concerns were dealt with promptly, fully and to my satisfaction. A few months later my car arrived and that experience was great. I was treated like royalty. Also, the car was perfect when I picked it up. Since then I have been back for a very minor warranty issues and to pick some accessories. Those experiences have also been great. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and I will not hesitate in buying another car here. More

They were understanding & accommodating to me. They made me feel like a very valued customer & wanted me to leave with the car I dreamed of for many months. I went into this dealership having had a poor experience with Dilawri in the West end. I was purchasing a Tellaride which we had done extensive research on. Dilawri didn’t seal the deal so I went to my home with Dilawri in the West end. I was purchasing a Tellaride which we had done extensive research on. He was only after their sale and made a deal on my trade in. 12 weeks later my new car arrived. Rudy wants to reassess my vehicle. No big surprise, after only 12 weeks, he found $1000 worth of needed maintenance on my trade in. He had me I. A bad situation as I had already ordered my vehicle and knowing w he could turn around and sell for more than I paid. The rest of Orleans Kia always great but buyer beware…avoid Rudy. More
