During cold spell my gas filler door would not open. Took it to Orleans Kia just before they closed on 31st Jan A technician was just leaving but looked at it. We tried both the interior car release and emergency door release in the trunk. Would not open so service advisor made an appointment for 8AM on the 1st Feb. Got there at 8 AM and gave them the keys. Expected they woul.d first try to unfreeze the lock them open it as per their shop service manual...i.e. how to replace a gas filler door. At 9 AM the service advisor came over to me to say it would cost $700 to fix. To say I was surprised was an understatement. He explained that the gas filler door would have to be replaced as well as a plastic pin he showed me. Said the door was open and I could fill up with gas but it would not close. I paid $165 to for the less than a hour they worked on the car to get it back. Went to a mechanic friend who looked at it and said how they had opened it was with a screw driver or something and pried it open busting the latches on it. This was not on the Invoice we received for the $165 of work just that yes they couldn't open it but did get it open. The $700 estimate was to repair the damage they had done. Went to KIA customer experience online and they wrote up a case for it but said it was a dealer/customer problem but did send an email to the Service Manager. Have not heard back from the dealership. I do not recommend going to this dealer if this is how they treat customers.. More
Misleading scam artists. They tried to hide/slide in over $4000 of pre paid maintenance and premium membership fees. With no possibility of opting out. Very dishonest! We recently bought a Rio Ex from Orleans Kia, and it was a pleasant experience. Mahdi is an excellent salesperson. One could ask him a million questions and he would never lose his patience. He knows about a pleasant experience. Mahdi is an excellent salesperson. One could ask him a million questions and he would never lose his patience. He knows about cars, and he can also sense what aspects of a car the customer needs or wants to know. Danyal dealt with the financial matter with ease. And Tod made us feel valued. More

Very poor customer service. I had a faulty headlight (warranty) which could take a full week to diagnose according to the dealership. This left me without my car for a full week. During that time, no on (warranty) which could take a full week to diagnose according to the dealership. This left me without my car for a full week. During that time, no one had called to provide an update. I had to call the dealership after the week had passed to further inquire and was told the headlight assembly needed was ordered and nobody thought to call me for an update or to let me know this could take up to a week/month for the part to arrive. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. More
