Good am, I will start with some positive. Ricardo is the best thing about the dealership, no question. A used car ws purchased. Many parts were changed. We were happy with this. This issue comes with the infotainment system. We were told there was a small glitch with it. likely a software update, which mazda is known for would fix it. in fact, the screen was delaminating. it was finished. an 800 dollar job. then we were told only labor would be covered. So we had it done at mazda, as who knows how to do it best, right? then the labor portion was about 200$ plus tax. We were told, it was an hour job, and kia's inhouse rate is 150$, so that is all that would be paid. This amounts to nickle and dinming. we were NOT impressed. in the end, "to make us happy), better said as as goodwill, 200$ was covered. another nickle and diming. everyone knows there is tax on it. I have bought used from mazda before, zero issues. i got a mazda from a hyundai dealer. issues. i am seeing a pattern.... Regards, John naef More
