Orleans Kia is the best Kia dealership in Ottawa by far! They are easy to talk to, they met my needs and wants, they are professional and friendly... I couldn't ask for more! I bought a Nissan at Orleans Kia for 6400$ and drove it straight to my mechanic to check it. The car was sold “As is” but the employees at Kia had reassured me that the car wouldn’t have any major issues. straight to my mechanic to check it. But my mechanic immediately told me the car had a transmission issue which would cost up to 5000$. I immediately informed Kia and they refused to do anything. They told me that I could have been the one who damaged the transmission, which was obviously not the case as I had only driven it 15 min to my mechanic. Eventually, after going to their office and telling them that I had filed a claim through my credit card company they took the car back and rembursed me half my money but kept my 3,000$ deposit. The following day the car was back on their website with no mention of the transmission issue. So they were going to scam someone else. I didn’t want to buy another car with them since they scammed me the first time. Eventually, I got the rest of my money back through my credit card company. More
Full of empty promises. Only went there as they had a used Subaru. Had to remind them to give me paperwork, remind them to put the extra tires in car. Promised new license plate which they did not follow through. Upon arrival at dealership to pick up car, they had not been to Service bureau as promised. Had to waste most of morning there. Insult to injury, they did not put on the winter tires but led me to believe they had. Meanwhile since February, I was driving all season tires. Never again. More

I write this review with a heavy heart, as my family and I have had a truly disheartening experience with Kia Orleans. My brother recently decided to purchase a car from this dealership, but unfortunately, I have had a truly disheartening experience with Kia Orleans. My brother recently decided to purchase a car from this dealership, but unfortunately, he never even had the chance to see or test drive the vehicle he wanted. Despite this, the dealer refused to refund his $2000 deposit. We were initially drawn to Kia Orleans because of a positive experience my father had with employee Mehdi Bensalem. We have a large community of friends and family who were planning to buy cars from this same dealer this year, all based on my father's recommendation. However, due to the dealership's stubbornness over a mere $2000, they may now lose all these potential customers. We were aware that every car salesman regardless of any dealership they work for, lives for that moment when you pull out a lot of cash or your checkbook or credit card and your driver's license because, it means that you can't leave and start shopping elsewhere and they can now pressure you, confuse you, and start playing money games with you. Our father always advised us to approach each new person with an open mind and start from zero, not allowing past experiences to cloud our judgment, because you wouldn't want people to judge you based on their previous experience with someone else (this is why we gave a 2000$ deposit). Sadly, our experience with Kia Orleans was a reality check that some individuals can't resist the temptation of money, often acting foolishly in its pursuit. We wanted to resolve this issue amicably, but when we mentioned contacting the bank, Justin, another employee at the dealership, insinuated that they could make proof of the usage of the $2000 deposit. This statement spoke volumes about the dealership's character and confirmed our suspicions. In the interest of preventing others from falling prey to the same deceitful practices, we are still thinking of sharing our story with local news outlets and the public in the near future. To keep everyone updated on our situation, I will also create a Reddit (or TikTok) post detailing the events and the outcome of our current situation. It is disheartening that a business with the potential to be reputable would choose to prioritize short-term gains over long-term customer relationships. We can only hope that by sharing our experience, others will think twice before engaging with Kia Orleans. If we can’t have our money back we will help hundreds not lose theirs. During cold spell my gas filler door would not open. Took it to Orleans Kia just before they closed on 31st Jan A technician was just leaving but looked at it. We tried both the interior car release and emergency door release in the trunk. Would not open so service advisor made an appointment for 8AM on the 1st Feb. Got there at 8 AM and gave them the keys. Expected they woul.d first try to unfreeze the lock them open it as per their shop service manual...i.e. how to replace a gas filler door. At 9 AM the service advisor came over to me to say it would cost $700 to fix. To say I was surprised was an understatement. He explained that the gas filler door would have to be replaced as well as a plastic pin he showed me. Said the door was open and I could fill up with gas but it would not close. I paid $165 to for the less than a hour they worked on the car to get it back. Went to a mechanic friend who looked at it and said how they had opened it was with a screw driver or something and pried it open busting the latches on it. This was not on the Invoice we received for the $165 of work just that yes they couldn't open it but did get it open. The $700 estimate was to repair the damage they had done. Went to KIA customer experience online and they wrote up a case for it but said it was a dealer/customer problem but did send an email to the Service Manager. Have not heard back from the dealership. I do not recommend going to this dealer if this is how they treat customers.. More

We recently bought a Rio Ex from Orleans Kia, and it was a pleasant experience. Mahdi is an excellent salesperson. One could ask him a million questions and he would never lose his patience.
