I recently had a bad experience having service performed on my 2020 Kia Sportage at Orleans Kia. I needed an oil change and follow up for my 72,000 km service maintenance package. I then received a callback on my 2020 Kia Sportage at Orleans Kia. I needed an oil change and follow up for my 72,000 km service maintenance package. I then received a callback to say my brakes were in bad need of repair. My rotors were old and completely rotten, brake pad shims and both rear brake shims were loose. On the call it was recommended that I replace all 4 rotors in the area of $1500 which I said no to. I then had the Kia inspected at a trusted garage and they told me my brakes were fine and that I had 2 years of wear left on my brakes. My guy told me there was 0% wrong with my brakes and the written report was insane. Needless to say I will never trust the service at this dealership by their maintenance crew ever again More

The quote we received was so so so far off the online price. And they couldn't give us an answer as to why besides saying we must have messed up online.the manager came over and tried to sweet talk us and then another sales man came and took over from the guy we had been speaking with originally. Very pushy, manipulative and sketchy practices. I've heard this from a few people now which is such a shame. More

On November 28, 2023 I discovered that the 2022 Mitsubishi I bought at Kia on November 24 had been in a serious accident.. Deny, deny, deny was the treatment I got even as I showed Hady Abboud the irrefutable proof...the vin number of my car and the photos of the damaged car with same vin, estimated damage $19000. Both he and manager Manish Sharma claimed not to have known this, waved the Karfax report at me and refused, day after day to refund the $32,518,01 which I paid in cash.Many times, my phone calls were not returned. I made many trips to KiaOrleans. Finally Hady admitted what he had day after day denied....my car had been in an undisclosed accident! The lame offer of compensation was some kind of care package. I refused and said I would consider nothing less than $4000 .. He had already refused my request for full refund. Finally on Dec 23, Hady called and said. after their investigation, they decided that I could return the car for full refund. I met the following week with Manish ( general manager) and he said he would give me a really good deal if I would buy from their dealership...and the deal would be just between him and me!! This, he said was a 'Thank You" for bringing to light the history of the car. What a joke...I was offered the same care package! Both times when I returned and met with Manish and requested information on the history of the car: he refused. to be transparent...makes one wonder what he was hiding? There are more details I have in my notes that I haven't written here. But I will add that the many drives over the back roads from Greely to Orleans to seek justice caused me much stress, anxiety, a shaken faith in car dealerships, and loss of income ( I am a supply teacher...if I don't work, I don't get paid). My parting comment to Hady on one of the days that I met with him was "When you know better, you do better"!They knew better on November 28 when I presented them with the papers with solid proof. Finally, on January 4th, I received the money I was owed! Just to impress how close I was having an undrivable vehicle, and out $32,518,01, on the last weekend before I was due to return the vehicle to Kia Orleans, it died in my garage and needed a tow truck to return it to Kia Orleans . BUYER BEWARE of KIAORLEANS !!! I am now happily driving my 2024 Honda CRV !! More
Bought our Kia Sorento there in 2020 and had great service on the sales side. We got an extended warrenty, So we decided to bring our car to Kia Orleans for maintenance but every time we do, we fe service on the sales side. Also we brought in our car for a tire replacement and they broke the winch for the spare tire when the went to put it on and said it was like that, Impossible because we’re had no issue turning the winch up after we removed the spare tire. And they wanted to charge us $800cnd for that. Just today they called to say my Sorento needs a full break job with under 60k and it would cost nearly $2000 cnd. So disappointing and frustrating. More

I made an appointment for a test drive. Salesman was 30 minutes late. I made it VERY CLEAR that this was for a test drive, yet they kept pushing me to "buy today" insisting that the cars wo Salesman was 30 minutes late. I had to leave to get to work, and there were 4 employees blocking my exit door, demanding that I come in again tomorrow and demanding to know what time tomorrow. Uh, NEVER. I wrote the manager and my salesman about the completely disrespectful treatment that I received and still the salesman keep calling and messaging to set up another time to come in to buy. I will never, ever set foot in there again, and strongly recommend that people avoid Orleans Kia like the plague. More
