Great Salesman , great service , excellent price I purchased a pre -certified Black 2017 Honda Ridgeline Sport with only 29,000 km from the Honda Orleans team. Great truck smooooooth ride. I live in Montreal, QC and found the truck in black in Ottawa., (Not many used Black ones to be had , that are not Black Edition) I test drove it with Harry , he explained the many features during the drive . Honda Orleans had the truck Quebec plated and Quebec road inspected for me , it was hassle free!! I paid the plate fee, same price I would have paid in Quebec . I received a Pre certified safety reports, Quebec Road safety report , and a pre certified extended power train warranty, Carfax and had a minor recall done. I sent many emails prior to test driving to Harry my salesman who was very prompt in his response to l my questions concerning a Quebec resident purchasing a truck in Ontario as well as questions perticulars about the truck I asked for some scratches to be cleaned up , summer wheel put on truck , plate the truck. I came back following week, and everything done to my liking (Long drive to come back again or wait on a Saturday ). I can't even see were the scratches were , and the summer mags look really nice . The guys in the back fixed up the scratch on the door , and detailed the interior, washed the truck, and put on the summer wheels; excellent work. They provided the previous owners secure locknut set for the wheels as well. The winter wheels were in the bed as requested . The whole team offered great service at Orleans Honda ie:Harry, Norman ,Brenda, the guys in the back (sorry did not get their names) , I would recommend 100%.. Than You, Ken Walling More

Excellent customer service I made an appointment with Orleans Honda to drive a pre-owned Mazda. When I arrived, the car was parked by the door, clean and ready to go. I was gree I made an appointment with Orleans Honda to drive a pre-owned Mazda. When I arrived, the car was parked by the door, clean and ready to go. I was greeted by Monica Tsuno, who referred me to Mindy Bennett. Mindy made a copy of my driver's license, showed me the vehicle, handed me the keys and off I went for a solo test drive. It doesn't really bother me when the salesperson insists on joining me, but it's much better to get a feel for a car when you're by yourself and not talking, or listening, to them, so I appreciated that. When I returned, Mindy asked me what I thought of the vehicle and I explained that I was just starting to look around. She gave me her business card and said to give her a call if I had any questions. What a pleasant experience. I didn't end up buying the specific car I test-drove, but I would recommend Orleans Honda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. My impression is that they are sincere and committed to professionalism and excellent customer service. More
