We were looking at the CX-5 and the "add on" menu became exceptionally frustrating - we were well over budget without half the features we wanted. Honda doesn't nickel and dime you to death - you get a lot of great features (AWD, Adaptive Cruise, Lane Keep Assist, etc. etc.) as part of the standard technology package. Joel Scardini was great to deal with, as was Brenda Gosselin. Fully recommend these guys for purchasing a new vehicle. More
Unable to book a service app’mt here! I tried numerous times over numerous day but was unable to book a service app’mt online ... the app was ‘unavailable ´ ... and although the receptioni I tried numerous times over numerous day but was unable to book a service app’mt online ... the app was ‘unavailable ´ ... and although the receptionist forwarded my telephone call to the service dep’mt, no one there would pick up.. and this happened with numerous attempts over numerous days. I gave up and called Huntclub Honda. I got an app’mt the next day and the service was excellent!! More

The offer for my vehicle was insulting and their excuse was that it was not a Honda. So decided to go to Buckingham Honda, best purchasing experience I have ever had, The offer for my vehicle was more in line with the car value and the negotiation was straight forward. Would recommend Buckingham Honda to anyone interested in an open honest experience. More
Sold me car with defective Fobs and remote starter I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra on Aug 2017 . Sales person told me remote starter/ keyless remotes were working but remote does not have batteries in I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra on Aug 2017 . Sales person told me remote starter/ keyless remotes were working but remote does not have batteries installed. I took his work for it and find out that not only the remotes are defective but so is the remote starter. It cost me $500 to get defect remote starter removed and buy my own FOB. After 6 months of trying to resolve I was offered $300. Even that they failed to pay. Dont expect any after sale issues to be resolved. More
