Expected more from a so-called reputable Honda Dealership Bought a used vehicle in December 2017 and it was not a very good experience. What happened to all in pricing...it's the law. They tried to slip in an anti theft program charge of $499+txs on the bill of sale on top of the sale price. I refused to pay the fee, they removed it. The used vehicle I purchased is still under warranty and was due an oil change which I was informed was completed. When I requested proof of the oil change for my records, I was informed that they in fact did NOT complete it. I had it done and they agreed to reimburse $75.00 of the $104.00 however I had to follow up several times. The day I picked up the vehicle and signed the paperwork I was informed that my existing loan will get paid out that day and they are sending someone to the bank that afternoon with a cheque, only to discover it was not paid out and my previous vehicle loan was still active which meant two car payments would be withdrawn. Their reason was the cheque was not ready in time. Stay clear of this place....nothing but headaches!!!! And if you do have any dealings with them, keep records of any conversations/promises they make. More

Joel, our sales rep, was able to explain the various uses of the CRV models and was able to answer all of our questions. He explained all the add-ons that we could get and which ones were worth getting. My husband and I were very much satisfied with our visit and service with Joel and we recommend this dealership to anyone! We also got our first oil change done at the same place and the staff was really accommodating and friendly. More

They told me it will take max 2 hours.I waited from 2.30 pm until 7 p.m. When time came to pay.they ask me to pay 1300$ instead of 1035$ the guy said the different is for alignment. More

Thank You Orleans Honda Tony Luckman (sales rep) sold us our 2015 Honda Accord Touring so purchasing the 2017 Honda CRV Touring with Tony again as our sales rep was an easy c Tony Luckman (sales rep) sold us our 2015 Honda Accord Touring so purchasing the 2017 Honda CRV Touring with Tony again as our sales rep was an easy choice. We shopped around and test drove the Nissan Rogue and Rav 4 for comparison. While these models all have positives and would meet our needs, it was Tony's salesmanship, the Orleans Honda Team approach and quality of service that secured our purchase. We know as we learn the technology of our new CRV that Tony and team will be there to support us. They didn't try to up sell additional items once the deal was made. We had a price and Tony helped us get it. The vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up with 5 Kms on the odometer and a bonus full tank of gas. Getting the veterans plate was a process, and Orleans Honda was very understanding as we uncovered new nuances. Thank you Tony and the Orleans Honda Team for helping us get that 65th birthday present. More

Terrible experience Found a car after a month of looking. Sales guy named Sam sold us quite the story. Turns out it was false. They lied to us. They then lied to each other to cover their butts and then chose to toss the deal over $449 overcharge instead of removing it. Went in for my 500 dollar deposit refund and the director says he will take it off now even though Jamie the sales manager told us to take a hike if we don't want their anti theft package. They will expect you to have explicit proof so I recommend recording everything and taking photos of all documents as they are prepared because without it you're either screwed or left without a car. Spoke to a friend about my experience and she said she would never go back because her husband was yelled at by the service manager and also called a liar to his face. Should have spoke to them before going. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Orleans Honda!! -Would like to add that I was told by the director that they sell 120 cars a month and they have never had an issue before. I've read many online reviews that say otherwise. I guess he wanted me to feel embarrassed for speaking up. More
