So decided to go to Buckingham Honda, best purchasing experience I have ever had, The offer for my vehicle was more in line with the car value and the negotiation was straight forward. Sold me car with defective Fobs and remote starter I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra on Aug 2017 . Sales person told me remote starter/ keyless remotes were working but remote does not have batteries in I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra on Aug 2017 . Sales person told me remote starter/ keyless remotes were working but remote does not have batteries installed. I took his work for it and find out that not only the remotes are defective but so is the remote starter. It cost me $500 to get defect remote starter removed and buy my own FOB. After 6 months of trying to resolve I was offered $300. Even that they failed to pay. Dont expect any after sale issues to be resolved. More

Peter in sales and Karen in financing were a great help, when I picked up my new car Joel walked me through the cars features and even provided me with a lightening cable to use and keep for use the apple car play. I highly recommend you purchase your new Honda from Orleans Honda. I should also mention that my service appointments have been fantastic as well for both my Honda’s. Peter and Hugo have always taken great care of me as service advisors. More

Expected more from a so-called reputable Honda Dealership Bought a used vehicle in December 2017 and it was not a very good experience. What happened to all in pricing...it's the law. They tried to slip in an anti theft program charge of $499+txs on the bill of sale on top of the sale price. I refused to pay the fee, they removed it. The used vehicle I purchased is still under warranty and was due an oil change which I was informed was completed. When I requested proof of the oil change for my records, I was informed that they in fact did NOT complete it. I had it done and they agreed to reimburse $75.00 of the $104.00 however I had to follow up several times. The day I picked up the vehicle and signed the paperwork I was informed that my existing loan will get paid out that day and they are sending someone to the bank that afternoon with a cheque, only to discover it was not paid out and my previous vehicle loan was still active which meant two car payments would be withdrawn. Their reason was the cheque was not ready in time. Stay clear of this place....nothing but headaches!!!! And if you do have any dealings with them, keep records of any conversations/promises they make. More

Joel, our sales rep, was able to explain the various uses of the CRV models and was able to answer all of our questions. He explained all the add-ons that we could get and which ones were worth getting. My husband and I were very much satisfied with our visit and service with Joel and we recommend this dealership to anyone! We also got our first oil change done at the same place and the staff was really accommodating and friendly. More

They told me it will take max 2 hours.I waited from 2.30 pm until 7 p.m. When time came to pay.they ask me to pay 1300$ instead of 1035$ the guy said the different is for alignment. More
