From my first encounter with Jennifer, who by the way was a extremely pleasant; efficient service representative with a great can do attitude. I also dealt with Mike and Hugo who were also great. This dealership went out of their way to provide an excellent level of service, even providing a loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. We felt no pressure from sales consultant Joël Scardini. Drove the two prospective SUVs on the same day and in similar conditions before making a buying decision. Ultimately, we purchased a new CR-V Touring, wow. Unfortunately after ten months we were involved in a severe not at fault accident. We can affirm without reservation that the vehicle safety features and solid manufacturing standards prevented us from major injuries. I dealt with two sales people, Leah and Peter, and both were extremely friendly and well informed about the car they were selling, but more important they were able to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel pressured like I have felt at other places. I was with my whole family (wife and 3 kids under 5 years of age) and they were very accomodating and went above the call of duty in making the experience as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.
